Shipping
We ship within the United States only, for now.
What it costs
Standard shipping is $5. Express is $10. Orders over $50 ship free, and that applies to express as well. You do not need a code for it.
When it goes out
Orders leave us within two business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday go out the next working day. Standard delivery usually lands in three to seven business days once it has shipped. Express is one to three.
These are the carrier's estimates and not a promise. Weather and holidays do what they do.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If a week has passed and tracking has not moved, email and we will chase it.
Wrong address
Check your address before you pay. If something is wrong, tell us the same day and we will try to catch it. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded minus the shipping.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before you unpack any further and email us. If tracking says delivered and it is not with you, check with your neighbours and your building first, then tell us within 14 days and we will sort it out.
