Terms

By buying from Offline Gifts you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not order.

Who we are

Offline Gifts is a shop run from Orlando, Florida, United States. We curate what we sell. We choose the products, we do not make them.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy, not a contract, until we accept it and it ships. We can refuse or cancel an order, and we will refund you in full if we do. Reasons include a pricing error, something being out of stock, or an order that looks fraudulent.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price we will tell you before we charge you, and you can cancel.

Stock

We list what we have. Occasionally something sells out between your order and our picking it, in which case we refund that line and send the rest.

Your account

If you make an account, keep your login to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility.

What we sell

Photographs are as accurate as we can make them. Colours vary between screens. Paper and wood and cloth vary between batches, which is a feature of real objects and not a fault.

Age

You need to be 18, or have a parent or guardian ordering for you.

Liability

We are responsible for the goods we sell you and for getting them to you. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under US consumer law.
